Meeting details
Tampa City Council is scheduled to meet Thursday at 9 a.m. in City Council Chambers at Old City Hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd., for a special call session on the Community Benefits Agreement with the Tampa Bay Rays. The city says the council will discuss and take action on the item, which makes this the public step residents can follow as the agreement comes before council.
The city lists the meeting as in-person, free and open to the public, with no preregistration required to attend. Residents can also follow the session on Spectrum Channel 640, Frontier Channel 15 or the city livestream.
Public comment
If you want to speak, the city's notice limits public comment to the special-session topic and sets it at three minutes per speaker. Remote speaking required preregistration at least 24 hours before the meeting.
