Took the kids on the Riverwalk this weekend and it was an obstacle course of dumped scooters, a couple knocked into the rail by the water. Anyone know if the city actually enforces the parking corrals?

There's a report function in the scooter apps that's supposedly faster than the city. I've used it for blocked sidewalks downtown and they do move them.

They come in waves with the events. Game nights are the worst. Agreed the corrals need real enforcement.
