Gandy and the Selmon are brutal lately — what are your alternate routes?

The Selmon reversible express lanes are worth it for the downtown direction if your timing lines up. Otherwise Bayshore is slower but at least it's pretty.

Kennedy/Platt surface streets once you're past the worst of it. The split is the real chokepoint, not the bridges.

Going to try the express lanes. The split gets me every time.
