Relocating for work with a toddler. Torn between Seminole Heights (love the bungalows and food scene) and South Tampa (schools, walkable). Real talk on schools and what daily life is actually like in each?

    Seminole Heights has so much character and the restaurants are unreal, but check the specific school zoning block by block — it varies a lot.

    South Tampa you're paying for the schools and walkability, no way around it. Both are great, just depends what you're optimizing for.
